She is great with keeping the guest comfortable and her customer service skills are absolute awesomeness. Met the owner yesterday He was definitely awesome to talk to and he apologized I couldn't get my haircut yesterday but he was willing to get me in for Sunday at 3:45 with Cici, absolutely my number one barber shop to go to as far as Newtown PA. Both the owner and the barber have absolutely have me satisfied and I'm definitely going to this barber shop for now on. If anybody needs to go to a good barber that can do you just right Definitely come to this spot it's not disappointing and the owner is by far one of the coolest and the barber Cici by far is one of my most favorite barbers I've ever had. I READ OVER THE OTHER REVIEWS AND SEEN ANOTHER PERSON WITH A AUTISTIC CHILD WENT AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALONG WITH OTHERS WHO WERE NOT ON THE SPECTRUM. SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT THE WAIT TIME WOULD BE? AND I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED (DEE) WHO WAS SOFT SPOKEN, RESPECTFUL, AND HELPFUL. I REQUESTED IF THEY HAD A AUTISTIC BARBER SHE STATED SHE WOULD CALL HIM AND HE WOULD BE THERE WITHIN 10 TO 15 MINUTES! I HAD EXPLAINED I WAS 17 MINUTS OUT AND WE WOULD BE ON THE WAY SHE MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR 30 MINUTES. WHEN I ARRIVED THE PLACE WAS AMAZINGLY DESIGNED TO MIMIC A (SALOON BARBERSHOP) I TRULY LOVED IT AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS TRULY GREAT. I FINALLY MET DEE WHO WAS FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. WHO THEN INTRODUCED US TO (M.J.) THE BARBER WHO WAS FRIENDLY, PATIENT AND ACCOMMODATING AS WELL. SO I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD A CERTAIN ROUTINE TO DO BEFORE CUTTING HIS HAIR AND (M.J.) WAS ALL IN FOR IT AND HELPED ACCOMMODATE MY SON AS WELL. SOMETIMES MY SON CAN BE DIFFICULT WHEN HE IS TRYING SOMETING NEW AND LET ME TELL YOU (M.J.) HANDLED IT LIKE A CHAMP EVEN WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF MY SONS ( 1 ON 1 BEHAVIORAL TECH ). THEM TAG TEAMING MY SON WAS AWSOME AND MY SON RECIEVED A REALLY GOOD HAIR CUT! I WAS TRULY APPRECIATIVE FOR BOTH ( DEE & M.J.'s ) TREATMENT TOWARDS ALL OF US AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WITH RELAXING ATMOSPHERE AND GREAT TREATMENT. THE OTHER THING I WOULD RECOMMEND PLEASE TIP IN CASH BECAUSE IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD THE GOVERNMENT WILL TAKE HALF AND LEAVE THEM WITH A SMALL PERCENTAGE!
